Work so far

3rd week into working at the International Office,
you won't believe how much office politics there are in this one tiny office!
Everyday you'll hear people talk gossip and hear some spread rumors, sometimes you'll even get involve in a few without having any clue where did it came from.
The never stopping office politics make my working life in IO both interesting and annoying at the same time. I'm trying hard to keep my nose clean but its proven quite impossible to do so. LOL!
Other than that, I kept my busy enough to show people im actually doing some work.
The last 2 weeks the whole office was buzzed with the Uvic tropical field school,
and the incident where one of our staffs had a minor stroke right before they arrived made all hell broke free but fortunately everything is going pretty smoothly so far and Uvics are fun!

Took them around Penang quite a bit and they've seen pretty much everything there are to be seen and I'm very happy that the tours were very successful and they had a great time, I had a grand time! Especially the Batu Feringghi night market part, although it rainned quite a bit but I had good company. I was impressed how good she was at bargainning, come to think of it, she was actually better at it than I am!! geess...


They're heading to Lenggong tomorrow and Redang a few days later where they'll get to see Orang Utan and move some turtle eggs!!! hmmm...now i wish i'm a bio student (hahaha...like i can ever be one~)just so that I can go on this trip as well. oh well...

So that's how work sounds like for now.
